A very lovingly and generously furnished apartment in a very good, central location.
The apartment is well equipped and can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children.
Enjoy your holiday directly at the recreation park, the "Great Garden" and benefit from the good connection to public transport. Thanks to the central location, you can reach all sights without a car very well and spend your holiday in our wonderful city. Should you still be traveling by car, there are enough public parking spaces in front of the house.
Internet, bed linen, hand and bath towels, accommodation and cleaning costs are included in the price.

For guests there is a double bed and a sofa bed, for 2 persons each.
In the living room there are plenty of seating and a dining table for a cozy atmosphere.
The open kitchen is separated from the living area by a counter and fully equipped.

Beautiful neighborhood— Centrally located
Excellent stay! Short tram ride into the hustle and bustle of Dresden. Perfect place for two people (or even three if one wants to sleep on the couch) and the neighborhood was lovely. We love to walk, so it was also easy to take the mile or so walk to the park and enter the City that way. Instructions to check in out wee detailed and easy. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Excellent apartment in a quiet area.
The apartment is in a pleasant building on a tree lined street. It is easy to get to any part of Dresden as there are connections to bus tram and train. It comfortably furnished and well maintained. There is plenty of kitchenware and a lot of storage space. The heating system is efficient and the small balcony would be useful in the summer.

Apartment near the Grosser Garten
A well equipped apartment near the Grosser Garten. Communication with the owner and check-in all went smoothly. Some distance from Dresden centre and best accessed on S-Bahn or tram via the nearby Strehlen station. But the proximity to the park is a big bonus and if you enjoy walking, most of the 4kms walk to the city centre is through the park. The only niggle with the apartment itself is that a microwave or combination oven/microwave would be a better choice than the small oven.

The property was clean and spacious. The beds were good and the bathroom was small but satisfactory. We were only here one night and checked in late so any issues we had were mostly because we were tired and it was dark. It looked like a populated area as there were lots of cars parked on the street. We were able to find a spot after a bit of looking. We walked down to a Greek restaurant, about a 10 minute walk. It was excellent and the staff and other patrons were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good property based on our limited stay.

Schöne Tage in Dresden
Wir haben den einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Dresden sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung, direkt am großen Garten ist prima, um mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Dresden selbst bietet unheimlich viel.

gute ÖPNV- Anbindung Junge Garde in der Nähe Parken direkt vor der Tür immer möglich, Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage wurde nicht benötigt FeWo ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet das Bett ist für sehr große Menschen (193) dann doch etwas knapp

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Dresden. Super nette Vermieterin, alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung war sauber, alles gut vorbereitet und das wichtigste war vorhanden. Die Kindern jammerten etwas über das w-lan aber es war ja Urlaub und Dresden bietet so viele tolle Ausflugsziele.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm. Es lief alles ohne Probleme. Ein sehr sauberes Apartment, mit allem was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Die Bahn/der Bus ist in der Nähe und man kommt gut und schnell in die Innenstadt. Jederzeit würden wir wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin und der Check In waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit einer guten Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung
Ich war zusammen mit einer Freundin für ein paar Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Größe ist für uns beide super gewesen, die Wohnung war sauber und die Kontaktlinse Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos ab. Die Lage kam uns sehr gelegen, weil wir einerseits mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt wollten, andererseits aber auch zum Wandern ins Elbsandsteingebirge. Alles Top, es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung
Ich war mit meiner Freundin in Dresden und haben diese schöne kleine Wohnung gefunden und direkt gebucht, weil sie auch nah am Zentrum lag. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und buchen auch für nächstes Jahr wieder. Die Wohnung war super sauber und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Um Parkplätze musste man sich auch keine Sorgen machen,es sind immer genügend verfügbar. Es war auch immer jemand erreichbar wenn etwas sein sollte. Super Wohnung! ☺️

FeWo sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Übernahme der Wohnung perfekt vorbereitet. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Altstadt war für uns genau richtig. Auf die aktive Baustelle gleich nebenan wurde nicht vorher hingewiesen.
