Spend a great 2 room apartment, fantastic holiday in the beautiful, beautiful city of Dresden.

We offer you a newly completed apartment for the night.
The apartment with 65 m² is located in the 1. Upstairs, on a complete floor of a 2016 built house.

"Before we go, you knew that Napoleon Bonaparte, 150 meters away from our quarters, watched the shelling of the Königstein fortress! Or, that the Saxon king, the district of Dresden has declared Strehlen an industrial free zone? "

In addition to underfloor heating for the winter, we have installed an air conditioner for hot summer nights. The large bedroom has a 1.80 meter wide bed a sitting area and desk.
From here you can also access the south balcony. The bathroom has a "rain" - shower. We have also provided a hair dryer for the ladies there.
In the kitchen you will find everything necessary. Microwave, stove, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a dining table.
The living room with large windows has a cozy couch which is also suitable for sleeping for two more people.

Cleanest Vacation Rental in a long While
I want to begin by rating the owners The Torsens Family. 5 Stars on their communication with us. Despite they don't speak English they were easy to communicate through translation app. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my wife's birthday and of all places 7 in total we traveled in Germany only them remembered the mention of the reason of our travel and even left a birthday surprise for my wife. That was icing on the cake. 2. 5 Star rating, Location in Dresden, perfect. Close to City Center 7 minutes by Tram that is just steps to property. Nice and upscale neighborhood. Grocery Stores and places to eat around the corner. 3. Again 5 Star rating, Cleanest Vacation Property of all. Nicely decorated, well maintained and safe and comfortable. 4. 5 Star rating on their heating system. They even have heating on the floors, yes I know you read right heating on the floors. Overall if you are looking for a place that will feel like home after a long day of sightseeing in Dresden. This should be your pick. Once again Torsens Family thanks for having us.

Simply amazing!
I stayed here for business travel during a show at the Messe.The apartment is one of the best I stayed it.It feels like coming home which is really nice after a hard day of work.It has everything you need.usually rain showers never work properly in hotels so it was nice having one now that actually works :) I have asked for a second duvet as I am generally cold in during the night and Peggy gave it to me a couple of hours afterwards.The atmosphere is really warm and nice.Can only recommend to anyone if it's family or single traveller.If I ever come back to Dresden definitely to Peggy and Torsten!

Schöne Ferienwohnung, schöner Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll hergerichtet und in gutem Zustand. Dank der Klimaanlage waren die Nächte auch sehr erholsam. Tolle Lage, alles in direkter Umgebung, ob Bäcker, Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Supermarkt etc. und erstaunlicherweise haben wir, sofern mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen, immer einen Parkplatz vor der Haustür bekommen :-). Gastgeber sind auch super freundlich. So gefällt uns das.

Schnelle Kommunikation, unkompliziertes Wohnen
Wohnung = gute Lage, Umgebung sehr angenehm ruhig. Ferienwohnung selbst ist bestens, zu empfehlen. Wichtig: Matratzen sind Rückenfreundlich für Leute mit Rückenproblemen, nicht zu weich aber auch nicht zu hart! .

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und dazu ruhige Lage
Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung war hochwertig und Liebevoll gemacht. Klimageräte und Fußbodenheizung runden die Wohnung ab. Zudem waren die Vermieter unheimlich freundlich. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein kleiner Balkon, auf dem wir öfter gesessen und gespielt haben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch spitze. Es ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man mit der S Bahn in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden diese Wohnung erneut wählen!

Dresden ist immer wieder eine Reise wert.
Sehr schöne großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Ich war mit 2 erwachsenen Söhnen unterwegs und wir kamen uns nicht ins Gehege. Die Verkehrsanbindung war auch toll. Haltestellen waren nur ca 30m entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Dresdener waren sehr nett, stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ich Werde das nächste Mal wieder hier buchen.

Urlaub in Strehlen
Die Fewo ist ideal für einen Urlaub in Dresden. Sie liegt sehr central. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel liegen quasi vor der Haustüre ebenso die Einkaufsmöglichkeien. Ob zu Fuß, Bus oder Bahn von hieraus alles bestens erreichbar. Und die Fewo bietet alles um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Wir würden sie sofort wieder buchen. Für unseren nächsten Dresden Aufenthalt ist sie erste Wahl. Und die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit. Hier passt alles.

Ideale Wohnung für Besuch der Stadt und Umgebung
Ruhige, moderne und ordentlich ausgestattete Wohnung in fast dörflichem alten Ortskern und trotzdem super gelegen; man ist in kurzer Zeit mit ÖPNV im Centrum, selbst zuFuß noch in annehmbarer Zeit dort. Nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Sehr schöne, klimatisierte Wohnung! Günstige Lage!
Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Dresden! Die Wohnung ist super! Die Klimaanlage hat auch für erholsame Nächte gesorgt! Bäcker und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie jede Menge Möglichkeiten den "kleinen" oder "großen" Hunger zu stillen sind in 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch das Naturbad "Mockritz" in 10 Auto- bzw. 20-25 Fußminuten können wir nur empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

modern, sauber und verkehrsgünstig gelegen
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Dankbar waren wir für die Klimaanlage, zumal wir eine Hitzeperiode hatten (oft über 30 Grad). Das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem (das kann man ja nur selten bei Ferienwohnungen sagen), allerdings quietscht es. Wenn man gern bei offenem Fenster schläft, hört man die Straßenbahn, aber so ist es eben bei einer verkehrsgünstigen Lage... Man hat alle Läden und auch nette Restaurants und Bistros, die man als Feriengast so braucht, um die Ecke. Wir haben nur Thorsten kennengelernt, der sehr nett und hilfsbereit war.
