"Plenty of positives, staff members really catered for every need, always cheerful. Great location very central easy to access the city from this location, restaurants and bars close by also made it very easy to eat.breakfast at hotel was really nice always very fresh. Highly recommended would definitely stay here again very pleased."

"I had booked this location the same day I checked in. So I was in need of good service. That’s what I got from the front desk. They were extremely kind and helpful as I had just finished paying 15 euros (which was a complete rip off) for being driven 4 blocks and still having to walk 5-7min to the hotel. We were given a king size bed which was fantastic. Our bed sheets had stains at the bottom and near the top. Other than that the room was fairly clean. Oh. The housekeeper was weird. He saw us sitting in the deck and initially popped in to look at us, then watched us behind a window. It was extremely weird."

"If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we arrived, the service at El Palace Barcelona was exceptional. The concierge and bell staff truly made our stay unforgettable. They were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always eager to help with recommendations, reservations, directions, or anything else we needed. Their hospitality elevated an already incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and full of timeless elegance. Every detail reflects the rich history and luxury of the property while still feeling comfortable and inviting. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were gorgeous, and the overall atmosphere made us feel like we were staying somewhere truly special. Our stay exceeded every expectation, and it was the perfect place to celebrate a memorable trip. We would return to El Palace Barcelona without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful."

"The location is amazing. Walking distance from many of the top tourist attractions - and right down the street from the jewel of Barcelona the Sagrada Familia. The lobby is very elegant and a beautiful place to meet. The rooms and dipping pool are small but luxurious. But the best were the blow-your-mind amazing views from the rooftop pool. You can float in the pool while seeing the top of the Sagrada Familia to your left and Gaudi's Casa Batilo to your right. I suggest to go up there at night as it becomes quite a hotspot to have a cocktail, especially for the under 30 crowd. Expensive for the room size but in my opinion, worth the splurge. I would stay there again."
