Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, which was built specifically for your enjoyment. Make yourself at home—there are no locked-out owner`s closets. Free parking is available on the premises. The only area that is not accessible to guests is the crawl space located under the home.

• For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
• Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
• Long-Term Stays: For stays of 29 nights or more, an additional insurance fee will apply. Please inquire for details.
Teton Valley Property Management Rental Agreement is required to be signed upon booking this property.
