"We stayed in room 18 and it was definitely not sound proof. We heard all the noise from the street, people walking up the stairs, and noise from other rooms. The breakfast was very minimal and hardly enough for a fully booked hotel. The pool was not cleaned and there was hardly any shade. However, I must add that the hospitality and customer service was top notch. I would say that it seems like a new hotel that still needs some improvements."

"This is and exceptional property and we cannot say enough how nice and clean it is! The free breakfast is fantastic and made to order and delivered to your balcony, ours faced the ocean. The staff is incredible and Dina at the front desk is an amazing customer oriented person. She helped make our stay here unforgettable. "We would stay there next time we go as well. It was beautiful and we loved that it wasn't in the busiest part of the island. The only thing we could possibly say that wasn't perfect was that we were supposed to get 2 bottles of wines (1 per room) during our stay and we did not.
