"I am very disappointed with my stay at this accommodation. Firstly, I did not receive the room that I had originally booked. When I raised this issue with the staff, I was simply told that nothing could be done, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The condition of the room itself was poor. Even opening the door was a struggle, which immediately gave a bad impression. Later, when we returned to the hotel after going out, we found that the guest lift was out of order. We were instructed to use the staff lift instead, which was in a terrible condition—unclean, unpleasant-smelling, and not suitable for guests. Having to use that lift to reach the seventh floor was a very uncomfortable experience. To make matters worse, the view from the room was also disappointing and far from what we expected. Overall, this was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The poor room condition, lack of customer service, and inadequate facilities made the stay extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this property to anyone."
