They say they have chocolate hour every day at 3, but I guess that meant chocolate minute because when I came at 3;45 this man looked dead in my soul while eating his chocolate and said THATS AT 3, Does it look like it’s 3? LOL just on that experience alone I was like sir your hotel lost a star because WHAT."

"Tiny, sad, miserable little room. At almost $400 a night, I expected better. Also, is built over the central train station's train tracks, so I could hear the noise of the trains all night. Very disappointing. Would never stay there again. "

"Ideally located in central Amsterdam. Close to Metro station, shops and restaurants. Rooms are adequate with basic en-suite. Breakfast is very good with plenty choice. Would stay here again."
