" Bathroom fan wouldn't turn off. Made it hard to sleep. Apartment was constantly full of bugs. Keycard would never reliably let me into the building. Shower seems primed to flood of you're in there too long. Fortunately, the motion activated light in the bathroom solves that problem. Even if it was confusing to get around, the staff I dealt with were friendly enough and I didn't get robbed or anything. That said, if I had a little bit more money and knew about the drawbacks I'd probably stay...

"Pros: The company made sure all instructions to enter the property was understood and was well organised throughout. I had no problems entering the property. In addition they gave us leaflets in the property which recommended great activities throughout Belfast. Also the accommodation had great facilities such as hair dryer, washer and iron. "Enjoyable couple of days in Newcastle. Apartments are very central and pubs, restaurants within easy walking distance. Very comfortable and clean. There are stairs to all apartments and we got a parking space in the car park at the seafront which was a few minutes walk away. "Fabulous location but the unit itself needs some work, particularly in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the window shade is covered in mold so couldn't roll it down for privacy, and the bathtub is mold heaven. Not sure what the brown/bloody looking ooze was that was dripping from the tile, but it was gross. And the bottom of the bathtub skirt was not actually attached to the floor, so water just soaked right under there and sat. no way to clean it. so there has to be so much mold in there. The rest...

"Location was convenient to downtown in the SSE arena. Check in was a bit challenging as the suggested temporary parking spots were full and seemed to be full the entire time during our week long stay. Location is between two train tracks but we didn't notice much noise from the trains during our stay. A bottle of wine and some crisps were left as welcome gifts which was very nice. More attention could be paid to cleaning as we did find some used towels in a dresser drawer and in a closet....

"This apartment was everything we could have asked for. The place itself was perfect for two friends, and it was a real boon that my son, who is living in Belfast these days, actually lives in the same complex. The location is great, and even though I am not used to the amount of walking involved (typical American!), I managed well enough. Claire was a wonderful host, answered all my messages promptly, and even let us check in early. I will definitely book again."

"Fabulous location to Queens University and student quarters the Elms. We were visiting student daughter. If you don't mind a good hike, you can walk into Belfast City centre or use the public bus system breeze at a reasonable price.The accommodation was wonderful for a large adult family whom need their own space at times."

"We had a lovely stay, the lodge is lovely and the standard of accommodation was very high. It was a lovely place to return to after a busy day exploring. The location of the lodge was more remote than expected but we soon got used to the rural location - the roads were narrow but luckily we had access to a good Sat Nav and always found our way about. We managed to see a lot of Northern Ireland and ventured down to Dublin for the day."
