"We arrived a bit late due to traffic in Dublin and a delayed flight but had everything to check in sent before by John, the owner. After arrival we found a perfectly cleaned and very well furnished house which exceeded all out wishes. There was more than enough space for the four of us and out two children (2 and 6 yrs old) where excited to find Christmas plates in the kitchen The kitchen equipment is perfect for a stay - even an airfryer is there, next to a toaster, microwave, etc. - and John...

"We stayed a week at Carpenter's cottage. It was perfect as we were five minutes from Streedagh beach. The cottage has an electric shower which was just what we needed after enjoying the waves. It has an outside tap which was great for washing our wetsuits. There was a wecwelcThe Paul, the host . . "

"The house itself was great. Lots of room and comfortable. They location is on a small dirt road which made it a bit awkward. The problem came with the heat. Had a cold week , low to mid 40s and the house inside wss set at 17.. about 63 degrees. We asked about raisi t the heat heat the answer was no. Heat is controled by owner. So we spent our evenings in sweater and jacket. Felt untrusted. We left several days early"
