Luxury home with a stunning view.A quiet,natural location on the outskrts f the beautiful village of Droushia.The villa is called Petra Tou Nicola meaning Rocks of St Nicolas, which are just a short stroll away.Enjoy the breathtaking view and the exceptional tranquility. If it is rest and relaxation you are looking for, then look no further.Relax on one of the many balconies or around the large swimming pool ,with its amazing view of the sea and mountains.There are steps leading upto the beautiful court yard entrance. Inside the villa you will find a large fully equiped kitchen with dining table. A spacious lounge to relax and cool down with TV. The villa boast 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 having private en-suite bathrooms and a seperate full bathroom. This spacious villa has its own beautiful court yard for relaxing in too.
Outside there is plenty of space. a large pool for cooling off. Out door Dining areas for that special alfresco moment. A BBQ area.Plenty of parking and a beautiful garden. The villages of Droushia and Ineia are well worth a visit. With there many shop, restaurants and bars.Nearby there is also the Kremiotis waterfall.The villa is aboout 9km from Polis and the beautiful harbour of Latchi and 21km from Paphos.There is easy access to many interesting places like Lara beach,The Akamas national park and The Blue Lagoon. There are also many beautiful walks in the area.
