The reception staff were amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area with what to see and do, the price was also right and we will stay again as we felt it was in the heart of the action in Galway city, excellent!"

"The hotel was OK. I did find it baffling that a hotel that shows photos of access to a pool then requests 25 euro per person to access it and then says it’s a ‘thermal pool’."

"Breakfast menu was excellent. Nice rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Restroom/Washroom was well maintained with large enough space for necessary ablutions."
