The rooms were clean, but overall the property is fairly dated, with visible scuffs and smudges on the doors and walls. The room was smaller than expected, though reasonable given the price point. We were hoping for a simple, rustic or Amish-like character, but the overall feel was more along the lines of a basic roadside short-stay motel. Fine if you just need a clean bed for an overnight, but not...

"The place was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The place had a wonderful view. Only disappointment was the hot tub and shower is not safe for old people. My husband, who needs to use a cane, was unable to enjoy the hot tub or shower, there were no railings in either place."
