She was incredibly helpful and professional, made our check-in smooth and easy, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel itself was stunning, and the service remained excellent throughout our stay. We stayed in a duplex room with beautiful views of both the pool and the sea. The food options were plentiful, the pool was crystal clear, and the staff across the entire hotel were exceptionally friendly—always eager to help with anything we needed. "Very clean and professional staff that’s always smiling and very helpful. If you’re worried about the language barrier the staff speaks fluently English. The private beach entrance is good and the Mediterranean Sea so beautiful and clean. It’s about a 2-3 mile walk to the old town section Antalya but it’s okay because the location of this hotel is very quiet. The gym and outdoor pool is very clean and nice."
