"The place was great, I only had one problem, the cleaning lady came in before 11 AM and kicked us out and the check out time was at 12 PM. I hate to complain but the host has to talk to this lady because that was really rude on her part. "

The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash.
