"the hotel overlooks a beautiful lake. quite with friendly staff. the room is quite spacious although it needs updating. the cleanliness is average with very few kitchen old utensils. we had to ask for a toaster. many items were missing. overall the stay was good but it was overpriced."

"We had an amazing stay at Adagio Premium The Palm! The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, and the location on Palm Jumeirah is perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel truly welcome. Everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish."

"Das Zimmer war sauber aber die Möbel waren stark abgenutzt. Im Badezimmer war die Wandverkleidung überall offen die Toilettenspülungen in beiden Badezimmern war defekt und ist ununterbrochen gelaufen. Die ganze Woche wurde extrem laute Bauarbeiten durchgeführt. Das kann passieren ist auch nicht schlimm aber hatte mit Urlaub leider nichts zu tun da ab früh morgens extrem laut gebohrt wurde und das über Stunden. An ausschlafen war leider nicht zu denken. Dafür wurde uns einmal eine kostenlose...
