We welcome you to our fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with special attention paid to interior details. The beautiful pad is located in Dubai’s livest neighborhood - Dubai Marina. The Dubai tram is approximately a 5 -7 minutes walk from the building.

The living room has a seating arrangement for up to 4 people and a large flat-screen TV. The master bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and built-in wardrobes.

Everything you would need during your stay is at a walkable distance. However, there is a taxi service 24/7 in the building. The tram is at a distance of 5-7 minutes walk, and metro and bus stations are also very conveniently accessible.

A dedicated guest relations person will always be at your disposal to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. You may get in touch with your guest relation officer as many times as required if there may be any questions or issues that need to be addressed.

The atmosphere is fun and happening and there's something for everyone whether it is jet skiing, skydiving, air shows, fireworks, relaxing by the restaurant strip or simply enjoying the sun by the beach. No one would be disappointed.

In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy per room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.

As per UAE law starting from the 1st of January 2018 there will be a 5% VAT (value-added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
This property requires a 2,000.00 AED security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property upon your arrival and will be fully refunded, should there be no damage to the property.

The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days and via bank transfer.
