Sadly there were building works going on outside opposite the hotel which started early hours which breaks your sleep .. The walk to public beach is few mins away

Great location and value

I loved the location of this hotel, it’s roughly a five minute walk from Kite beach, and its easy to navigate around Dubai from this area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, they made our early check in a smooth experience. I found our room to be very clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again.

5 minutes walk to beach, only complaint is my fault,,kinda,,my plane was delayed 1 day arriving i ask to change reservations delay 1 day, they did not, i had to pay for another day, it is on there page ,no refunds, so they did nothing wrong, but it would of been nice to just move my stay checkin/out 1 day later and not have to pay for extra day

The staff made the experience the best. Everyone knew my name and were always friendly. I always had a clean room and plenty of water and tea and coffee. Dubai is so clean and the people are all so friendly. I didn’t hear ONE POLICE siren in two weeks stay. No homeless people. No trash everywhere. The USA.could learn many lessons on city planning from their government.

I booked this hotel online by accident and when I tried to cancel the reservation within 15 minutes of booking it, they told me that it was a nonrefundable room. So I stayed there. I was under the distinct impression that I had booked a room with breakfast included, but they told me that I had not. The breakfast did not look all that great, though. The room was dirty. I did not sleep well and I wish I had stayed at the Marriott instead.
