The stay was a pleasant experience with access to Metro station and taxi facilities at the doorstep. The hotel is situated on a road with views to most of the big buildings when you step out of the hotel. The rooms are of a good size. The staff were courteous and provided excellent service. Our stay at the Conrad Dubai was excellent! The staff is amazing! Check in with Harris was seamless, the concierge attended to our every need. Free breakfast buffet was worth the spend, food was great and the staff amazing. The cleaning staff kept our room nice and tidy and I would stay here again and recommend staying to anyone that asked.

This was my second stay at the Conrad, and it truly remains a hidden gem. I visited Dubai to attend the Beautyworld exhibition, and the location simply can’t be beat — it’s literally a 2-minute walk across the street, directly through the metro station. If you’re attending any event at the Dubai World Trade Centre, this hotel is unbeatable in terms of convenience. Check-in is always seamless, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and consistently restocked with tea and coffee capsules — small touches that make a big difference during a busy stay. Breakfast is excellent, with a rich selection and plenty of variety to choose from. I did try dinner once at the Italian buffet restaurant; it wasn’t quite my favorite and I didn’t find it to be great value. Aside from that, everything about my stay was perfect. I will absolutely be returning — Conrad continues to be my top choice when visiting for Beautyworld.
