The reservation was for 3 people but the room was small and Mansoor helped upgrade us to a suite with no extra charge. He went out of his way to accommodate us and we are very thankful to him. He was amazing. So was the rest of the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the cafe and the rooftop bar.
