Great place to stay if it’s on the highest floor

The service is great and the facilities are amazing in general. The two facts that were somewhat disappointing were: 1) the elevator takes too long to reach any floor and it can barely fit 1 people with luggage. 2) on the first night, we were on the first floor and the music from the bar, the yelling and laughing of people would not let us sleep until past 2 am. Due to the extremely noisy environment on that room we had to ask to be moved to a higher floor. The second night was peaceful and restful on the last floor.

Property is good not everything

The resort property was extremely good. staff's were very friendly. only disappointment was break fast, we have made payment for BF inclusive. since we have made the payment we left with no option. there was no buffet breakfast, instead they served us on the table with less choice. The swimming pool was refrigerated, yes you read it correct it was so cold. much colder than the ice cube. really disappointed. site was nice, property was nice.

Siisti, hyvä palvelu, meluisa työmaa naapurissa.

Vastasi melkein odotuksia. Ikävintä oli rannalla roikaava maansiirtokoneiden jylinä ja pöly työmaalta. Huoneen 106 jääkaappi ei toiminut lainkaan. Saatan silti tulla uudestaan, palvelu pelaa!

This Hotel is good for one night stay to enjoy crab hunting , swimming pool and kids play yard , otherwise it is very neglected property rooms are full of insects , furniture is broken , hot water is not available , hand towels are not available , no Kids TV channels , poor WiFi ....Staff are friendly and breakfast is decent for price

Nice hotel on the beach !

We had a lovely experience at this hotel! The reception was very hospitable and friendly (a guy named Ali from Turkey was amazing !!) We really enjoyed our stay and got to chill on the beach and see flamingos !!!

Votre propre barbecue en acces libre et gratuit

Un endroit parfait pour se relaxer et faire la fete. J'ai ete surpris car tout le monde faisait son pic-nic avec alcool en public sur la plage. Meme le barbecue etait gratuit pour utiliser avec le charbon allume par les employes de l'hotel, nous reviendrons la prochaine fois avec des ingredients crus marines. Le petit dejeuner est simple et convenable et inclus dans le prix. Nous avons visite le musee le lendemain matin pour 4 dirhams par personne, c'est a 10 minutes a pied depuis l'hotel en traversant la vieille ville. Musee interessant, nous etions les seuls. Dommage que la ville soit si sale, on marche sur des poubelles partout a l'exterieur.

A beautiful time in Umm Al Quwain

That was our second time visiting this hotel, its a magical experience, from the moment you get into the hotel until you checkout, the whole process and the atmosphere as well as the warm welcoming staff, its a perfect relaxing place for couples, the best experience is the shisha man who would always look after you from the moment your shisha arrives to your balcony or pool/beach till it goes off, he will look after you so much that its just unbelievable! he's one of the main reasons if not the main reason why me and my fiancée would keep going back, on the other hand the service, room cleanliness, pool, and beach, the whole thing is just what you need after a heavy week of working, don't miss taking a boat from the hotel that would take you around some interesting Islands, the boat sailor is a very nice and kind person who will make sure you have a smile on your face during your 30/60 mins experience in the sea. Looking forward to the next visit next month, and thanks to the manager at the hotel we've been offered a discount for our next visit, what else can we ask for, thank you :)
