Cockroaches

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, everything seemed fine at first, but then I noticed a cockroach scuttling across the floor. It was a clear sign of poor cleanliness and lack of pest control. I immediately notified the front desk, but the response was less than reassuring. They offered to change rooms, but the experience left me feeling uneasy and unsatisfied. The other rooms had cockroaches too. Bed is so hard and sheets were dirty. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. They need to shut down.

DO NOT GO HERE. From a shady area to bugs this hotel is nothing short of a nightmare. It's a very shady and creepy area and unsafe area. I do not recommend. The photos are all lies. I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute hotel nightmare. Btw, there's a club in this hotel, where not so proper ppl attend... indecent activity is at high alongside nasty bugs and bedding. One night here, I paid for an all nighter as I couldn't sleep. Terrible terrible. Waste of money and peace.

Nightmare

We booked as a quick stop over night to get our heads down for sleep while we waited for our friend to arrive on the flight after us. We didnโ€™t want to pay too much but something that was close to the Airport. Arrived at 1am due to flight delay. Got taken to our room that smelt of smoke. Creatures crawling on bathroom floor! Bathroom so dirtier than a muddy football team! We couldnโ€™t sleep as there was a nightclub in the hotel that is open till 3am. We were leaving at 6.30pm so on my got under 3hours sleep! I wouldnโ€™t recommend even for a quick stop!

Fantastisk personal. Mycket vรคnlig och tillmรถtesgรฅende!!! Det faktum att hotellet har disko till kl 0307 varje kvรคll (inne i mitt rum) borde framkomma vรคldigt mycket tydligare. Elker att det finns en festsal som รคr uthyrd nรคstan alla dagar - dag som natt. Att sรคga att hotellet ligger nรคra havet med 30 min med buss tycker jag ocksรฅ รคr ganska kass.

The fact that I was sent a link to write this review proves that i had a confirmed booking. But the hotel reception outright refused to acknowledge the confirmation claming they dont know about hotels.com. So I had to find another hotel to stay. And what is amusing is that i booked another hotel for the next day onwards from the same group - Fortune Group. And they had no issues.

Most terrible experience

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in Dubai. They first gave us a room full of cockroaches (4-5 cockroaches running inside the bathroom). We changed rooms but the quality wasn't any better. Really old rooms, with old furniture and primitive bathrooms. Absolutely horrible service, cleanliness and hygiene.

Bad hotel and poor guest management system...

The stay was not at all felt like a comfort place for family... everywhere a dim feel... hotel management prefer guests who are coming for bachelor enjoyment... front desk staff behavior like they are the ustomers and guests as their suppliers! The lighting inside the room and corridor very poor, location is good those who are looking...cleaness is very poor...found cockoches, bugs etc. In the toilet! Hotel staff discourage online bookings....I think hotel.com should remove this hotel from their list
