Perfect location Kitchen is very useful specially if you have kids. The apartment need to be more clean / sheets, pillows and dishes … Reception of the building are not the best to help specially if you check in late. But overall it’s very nice place and the customer service was very responsive on WhatsApp.

Don’t stay here

Everything about this place WOULD have been nice…. BUT they didn’t tell me that every single day there would be noise unbearable bc there was construction going on in the floor above us. It literally sounded like they were drilling through the wall right behind my head. When contacting management about this, they didn’t flinch. They blamed the buildings poor management, didn’t offer for me to stay anywhere else. If you do decide to stay here, make sure you call and ask them to check to see if there’s any maintenance that’s going to be done near you, or else you won’t get any sleep or be able to relax at ALL during your vacation. AND if you check in late, you will have to consistently keep scheduling with them (not ideal for a vacation) a way to meet someone to drop off signed papers and CASH only deposit and cleanings fees, even though it states on their check in documents that you have to clean everything yourself upon checkout and it’s inspected so that you can get your deposit back (cleaning fee is non refundable).

Good location and clean

Location is perfect, cleanness of the flat was ok. We stayed 7 nights and during these days water from A/C leaked on Kitchen floor and a technician from Higuest Co. Came in the next day morning to fix it this problem happened again and the technician fix it again. This was the only issue of our staying in the flat.

The property was within easy access to the Marina and JBR beach very good supermarket on the doorstep and a good pool. Room was big for a sdudio and had everything in it you would need all in all excellent location with the metro 10 minute walk away
