Amenity nil in the room had to ask for it, room was not cleaned properly, maintenance issue with the room light in the closed motion sensor start in middle of night, issue with sensor, food quality not great at the breakfast Night manager helped with some issue also Kareem and Sarah I. This was our 4th year in a row at the hotel...although this time it was slightly different. Due to middle east conflict and dwindling tourist figures..so lots of our old friends and staff had moved on and Places like Nest Social and Ikigai were closed indefinitely...so JamJars and risen were the only places to eat..but we were treated like royalty by the crew..led by the Magnificent Ali whose energy and enthusiasm made it a wonderful stay despite everything...This Guy is the Glue that holds the hotel together...absolutely fantastic...and will certainly be back next September..thank you all Ps not forgetting rita and Tahir who kept out suite immaculate...

I had a great stay at Millennium Hotel Dubai. The room wasn’t very spacious, and the hotel had a fairly standard setup with nothing especially fancy. I also would have liked more food options. The location was a big plus. It’s close to the mall and metro, with supermarkets, a laundry, and a pharmacy nearby, which made the stay convenient. What made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, from the dining team to the reception staff. A special thank you to Majorine, Anas on the night shift, and the other team members whose names I can’t remember. You made me feel welcome, and I enjoyed my stay!

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property was not as pleasant as I had hoped. There were several issues that affected the overall experience. First, the fragrance in the lobby was extremely strong and overwhelming. While I understand wanting the hotel to smell pleasant, the scent was far too intense. There was also a very noticeable bad odor on the 9th floor that remained throughout our entire stay. This was particularly disappointing and made the hallway experience unpleasant. The café was another concern. We were never asked if we were hotel guests, so we were not informed about the available hotel guest discount on our purchases. This could have easily been avoided with better communication from the staff. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff also did not appear welcoming or happy to be there. The overall attitude and lack of enthusiasm made the dining experience less enjoyable. Lastly, our room was cleaned during our stay, but clean towels were not left in the room. Having to request basic necessities after housekeeping had already serviced the room was frustrating. Overall, there were some good aspects to the property, but these issues significantly impacted our stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as better attention to cleanliness, customer service, communication, and the guest experience would make a big difference.

I had a fantastic stay at Millennium Place Marina Dubai! From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location in Dubai Marina is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and easy access to get around Dubai. (Metro station is 1 minute walk away from hotel) I especially appreciated how attentive the staff were and how smoothly everything went during my stay. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay at Millennium Place Marina again the next time I visit Dubai. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Checked in very early and the lovely man on the desk upgraded my room for free which was so nice of him and very welcoming! Hotel is a great location and is walkable to Dubai marina and to all my Pilates classes in the area! Felt very safe as a female solo traveller! Only thing that I was confused about was upon checkout I was sitting in the communal seating area and a staff member came up and asked why I was eating at the table and that I should be eating in my room not down here. He was slightly abrupt with his tone almost like I shouldn’t be there and considering many other guests were also eating from various places in the seating area it left me feeling very confused and quite uncomfortable.

We booked a high floor club room for 7 nights and were pleased that we got checked in at 10am as soon as we arrived. Breakfast was okay, nothing fantastic, however all the staff were very accommodating. Due to the current situation the normal lounge was not operational however we were given unlimited alcoholic drinks and meals every evening which was great. A big thank you to Rakesh tge hotel manager who really looked after us 😀 Hotel is located literally 2 minutes walk to the metro

Pleasantly surprised by this gem of a hotel. I asked for a room away from street noise and with an openable window and they upgraded me to a nice corner room with a balcony that was just the perfect setup for me. The rooms are simple but elegant in a way that is really energizing. I got a lot of great work done at the desk and even downstairs in the lobby. The gym is really small and basic and the breakfast is in a sports bar with limited offerings which is not ideal for me. But it got the job done. There is also a fancier coffee shop with lovely meals right in the lobby, for those that want to buy things alacarte. Biggest plus is that it’s just steps from DMCC metro and the tram. Plus all the water ferries when they are running. Will definitely stay here again and again. Special shoutout to Marjorie at the reception!
