Was caught here unexpectedly for days when flights shut down. The team - from reception to bellman to cafe - were amazing and patient with all the guests there for an unplanned time. Hotel is great. Facilities solid and the cafe and bar and mini mart and restaurant all provide great options.

The hotel offers good service overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was given incorrect information during check-in regarding breakfast hours. I was told that breakfast is from 06:00 to 10:30, and on Saturdays it extends until 11:30. In reality, it was only extended by about 10 minutes, not one hour as stated. We arrived at the restaurant at 10:30, expecting to still have enough time, but unfortunately that was not the case. This was disappointing and could be improved by providing accurate information to guests.
