Bad Bucks are in the hotel

Hotel is very terrible. Bad Bucks is in the room. Service are very very poor. They are charging extra money to the customer.

very bad hotel

The room was totally different from the pictures on site.its not clean and especially the bathroom you cant go inside or take a shower.I booked another hotel directly after I reached and saw all this.

Very terrible and will not go there for sure. The room we were given was extrenely dusty and they do not clean it properly. The rest room is a mess and bathroom no hot water. Worst part is that your heae the elevetor from your room whole night!

Wahnsinnig laut im Zimmer. Dreckig, alles uralt. Habe mich in der Nacht zwei mal beschweren müssen bevor ich um 4 Uhr morgens ein anderes Zimmer erhalten habe. Zimmer 601 befindet sich direkt neben Restaurant in dem die ganze Nacht Party gefeiert wurde

Extremadamente sucio y descuidado

El lugar es un total engaño, las fotos no coinciden con el lugar, es el lugar más sucio y asqueroso que me he quedado en la vida, tienen un Nigth Club, por lo que la música se filtra a las habitaciones, así como el olor a cigarro barato. Honestamente fue un desastre, aunque “Sandi”, un chico de recepción trató que mis días, no fueran tan amargos, solicité reembolso para poder irme a otro sitio, pero no fue posible, él fue sensible y amable conmigo en todo momento, pero es que el lugar no ayudaba para nada. Tuve problemas con el sanitario la primera noche, el cual fue reparado a la 1 de la mañana, la habitación hedionda a humo, por lo que la primera noche no pude dormir, después me pasaron a otra, descuidada, con una suciedad extrema... Sobreviví pero qué experiencia tan horrible, por favor si van a Dubai NUNCA vayan a este hotel ;(

Very loud in the Hotel, on my floor there was a laundry facility making all types of noise, outside you could hear the street to much. You could hear the Mosque constantly. You could also hear the 3 nightclubs going on all throughout the night.

Do not stay here

I was very disappointed with this hotel, the condition of the hotel it’s nothing like what you see in the pictures. The rooms smell like cigarette. There is a nightclub next to the front desk and I could hear the music in my room (in the 4th floor) and the bathroom was in bad shape. The front desk staff kept our passports for the night and we got them back at check out, they couldn’t give a reasonable explanation as to why they needed to keep our passports. Luckily we only booked one night at that hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

My trip to Dubai, UAE was fantastic and sweet for my stay at the Palm Beach Hôtel, Dubai; I got a welcoming reception by the staff from the taxi to the reception and to my room. I got a room with all the amenities listed online and the internet speed was very fast and no restrictions on all my request at anytime I call for services. It’s an home away from home and my next visit is been planned to visit again soon, Keep it up.
