Any benefits of the club member that I usually have at the hotel were not given to me because I booked a place through Expeda and not directly according to them. This is house policy. I also have a policy on such behavior at the hotel and you will not see me for at least a year.

The room was great and breakfast was good. However, the location is suboptimal - quite far from downtown (about 20m drive) and far from most restaurants. It's quite inconvenient. The service was good, but I've had much better service at other similarly priced 5-star hotels - it could've been 1 or 2 notches better. It's also suboptimal that the gym isn't open 24/7. Overall, the stay was reasonable but I'd only recommend this hotel for a business trip.
