you need a code to acces the villa which i didnt get before hand and just got inside because someone else was entering too, I only saw a one only employe running the whole villa which was kind of hard to find, I asked for the bed in the females room that I booked, to my surprise they had no females room available! and wanted to assign me a bed in a mix room, I refused but they insisted, I asked for a refund and thats when they prepare a single room for me, the linen had someones hair, the bathroom did not work and they told me to use the one next to it wich was dirty and smelled awful, the room had no key and people would randomly open the door while i was inside, there is trash on the floors, they dont seem to have a cleaning service in general, Im just giving them two stars cause they tried to accomidate me at the best of their possibilities but if you are a tourist I do not recomend.
