It’s a normal hotel and you have everything what you need 24h supermarket is only 50 m away from the hotel and 2 minutes to a big mall. And the price is good.

The hot water in the shower was barely lukewarm. I had to go downstairs to ask for a towel as there were no towels in my room when I arrived. In general the facilities are adequate. I would rate this a basically satisfactory low cost hotel.

Good location though. Walking distance to food and shopping. BUT hotel is worn down Bathroom is leaking. Bugs everywhere. Horrible noises. Disco on first floor and we were on second floor.

For SIGNATURE INN -DERA in DUBAI I would say ; Its a Great Hotel Great value for money Its Location is Anazing The Hotel STAFF were veey Helpful. Its Surprising how they OFFEE So much In snall package .. like they Have a Anazung SWIMMING POOL, SPA and Even a Disco Club ..inhouse with Bolkywoid music and dancers. Plenty of Restaurants and Supermarkets nearby. Im from USA But i will say Its BEST HOTEL to Stay for SOUTH ASIAN Travelers . I will Stay AGAIN and i will reccomebd to All my Friends in USA. -------------------------------- ONLY --One Drawback They have CEBTRAL AC ..So the Smoking Smell from one room comes to other Rooms. Tgey must take care of snell in Rooms!
