So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Jumeirah Village Triangle. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars in the area and lovely communal parks to enjoy a nice walk. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. There's a very large mall 5mins away also.

Our charming 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 16th floor so the views are superb. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym and pool so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.
With an open plan living space complete with WIFI and satellite on the T.V.!! you'll also love the large terrace and the sky line views. Great to enjoy the morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsey would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.
The apartment fits 6 people comfortably and both bedrooms have en-suites. We’ll leave you to fight over who has which bedroom:

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.
You also have a private car parking space and there is a large supermarket also within walking distance as well as other useful shops. The famous FIVE Hotel can be found 5/10 mins drive away which offers a large variety of bars and restaurants.

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Village is a new residential development in one of Dubai’s latest up and coming districts that captures the feeling of a warm, friendly neighbourhood. Located between Sheikh Zayed Road and the Emirates Road, it blends comfort and convenience, with open green areas and tranquil water features.
Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Uber if you prefer.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
