Perfect stay

Perfect stay, the hotel is new, comfortable and clean. Every facility is in place. Just a little crowded with traffic at peak times during the day, but I guess you can't avoid that in Dubai

Very friendly and comprehensive staff, especially Nikita in the breakfast lounge, who was kind, courteous, professional and helpful. The breakfast was variable and the coffee a little weak, but home made pastries and croissants were good. The swimming pool on the top floor was really pleasant and with one of nicest skylines of Downtown Dubai.

Our stay was okay. The staff was lovely but unfortunately our dinner was unpleasant. We ordered fish and chips which was oily and not pleasant to eat. The breadrolls that came with the soup was still frozen. I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded after 6 days.

You could not charge food on your room. There were no US TV English channels and you had to mirror your computer to watch anything in English. The breakfast was the same every day and really needed to be changed up...it is a 3-star and not any more than that.....the staff was friendly, not overly friendly...... again a 3-star and that is what you are getting for your price.

I liked the fact that everyday at the breakfast buffet had several variety and so you didn’t have to eat the same things everyday Very helpful staff and very nice and welcoming especially Romeo and the other guys at the reception You have like 15 to 20 minutes drive to most of the attractions in Dubai and so you will enjoy your stay without spending a lot for transportation

October 2023 Dubai Stay

My stay at the Urban Al Khoory Hotel in Dubai was first class. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional both in the public areas and in the rooms. The breakfast was amazing with a wide choice of items. The gym was adequate for the short time I was at the hotel, the pool deck was excellent.
