THE ROOM CARPET WAS FILTHY AND THE ROOM LOCATION WAS NOISY. WE HEARD LOTS OF THINGS THUMPING AND BANGING DURING THE ENTIRE STAY.
THE VIEW WAS HORRIBLE AS WELL. THE ONE SAVING GRACE WAS THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Address Beach Resort. The room was immaculately clean—honestly one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The entire hotel was spotless from top to bottom, and housekeeping did an exceptional job every single day.
Our room was cleaned thoroughly and meticulously daily, with so much attention to detail. What truly made our stay extra special was how thoughtful the staff was with our kids—they left little gifts and surprises for them every day, which completely made their trip and ours. It was such a sweet and memorable touch.
The cleanliness, care, and level of service were outstanding. You can truly tell this hotel takes pride in maintaining the highest standards. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of the entire stay. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to families and anyone looking for a luxury, stress-free stay in Dubai.

The cleanliness of this hotel is excellent, terrific and knowledgeable staff, and nice size rooms. The in-house breakfast at Sofia's is an excellent value. My only issue is that it is on the fringe of Business Bay, which makes it a bit far from the Dubai Mall and even the metro stop. We love to walk ...
