"Property forgot to email details, had to call. Then put the wrong address in the email, had to call close to midnight after traveling again. Main office is within walking distance, but the after hours check in could be easier considering there are multiple apartments in the area. "

"Wonderful stay, great location! The apartment could use some minor cosmetic improvements but overall a great stay and all amenities you could need with a full kitchen! Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). Overall a great stay!"

"We enjoyed and peaceful and comfortable stay here. Very well equipped apartment, with plenty of space to relax, and everything you need provided.The immediate surroundings and very quite and peaceful, yet the location is really convenient to the city centre and public transport (the Luas tram 1 minute away, and Connolly train station just a short stroll). Very highly recommended!"

"Worst decision ever to go with this stay. - lift no working , I had to take my luggages up and down 4 floors. - no trash bin, tooth brush - the front door doesn’t work with the card sometimes so I have to wait until someone comes by - my room door does not lock - 0 soundproof walls and windows. Is so noisy at night until 11pm+ "
