"The property is empty student rooms that are advertised as double rooms they have a small double bed .. 1 desk chair .. a shared kitchen only 1 fridge working.. the building is unbearable hot .. shared lounge tv didn't work .. no ironing facilities... no kettles in the rooms .. doors dont lock automatically and they rattle in the wind .. no aircon .. very busy roadside location.. "

"There was a major issue with the check-in process: the check-ins as categorized by students or travelers, but it was never specified by the host. The host instructed me to identify myself as a student. As a result of following the host's instructions, I arrived to an empty room with no linens, towels, a chair as in the photograph, or other basic supplies a traveler needs. The property was eventually able to get the room properly set up some several hours later, but it was due to a lack of...

"We booked the property because we had a party of 8 and their apartments accommodated our party size. The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived. There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. We requested clean towels on our third day and even though we were told they’d be sent up, we never received them. The space of the apartment for our party size was great, but there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of food or grocery...

"Good location. Place is reasonable and spacious. Plenty of amenities but coffee machine does not work. Beds are uncomfortable. Shower is good with spacious bathroom. Key pick up and drop off is a 15 minute walk away. Need to drop rubbish at a nearby dumpster that is difficult to find as instructions are very unclear. Received constant messages about checking out by 10am. "
