stayed for 2 nights in January. the staff at check in were great, seamless check in. First time staying at a hotel with our 1.5 yr old mini Labradoodle and it was more than we had hoped for, only $20/night extra to have our pet stay with us, other hotels nearby charged $150. Our room was on the first floor which made it easy to take our puppy outside for walks. Convenient location, close to the free way, lots of stores and restaurants nearby. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and the gym. They also had a bar at the lobby so we enjoyed drinks there as well.

Room was clean. The lady who checked us in was nice and professional. The Bartender guy was really nice and friendly. The Front desk staff guy at night was not very helpful — he was on the phone for a while and we were just standing there for a while but he never looked at us or said anything to us so we decided to leave because we felt we were just being ignored. He only looked up when we started walking away.

We checked in past 9:00 pm and the staff person was very welcoming. Unfortunately, on our first try the keys did not work so we had to return to reception but no one was there. While we didn’t have to wait long, we were tired so this extra step with the keys was not a great start. The room is clean and has several amenities and the bed is comfortable. Overall, this is a nice, modern place to stay.
