Our newly refurbished apt has a cool bright modern feel. Location is superb, just off O'Connell street all city centre attractions on your doorstep 10 mins walk to Temple Bar, 15 mins to Trinity College and Grafton Street. Sleeps 4 with double bedroom and living room with large double sofabed, kitchen with table and 4 chairs perfect for preparing and eating meals and showerroom. Free hi-speed wifi included & tv
**Please note bedroom and living space is all one room so would suit family or close friends who dont mind passing through livingroom on way to toilet

Guests may use the communal shared laundry facilities in the back yard Washing machines and tumble driers are free

please note this building has 10 apartments and as such guests need to respect the other residents in the building
Quiet time after 8 pm and NO SMOKING in the apartment or the common areas (to include the backyard)
