"The staff was very helpful and uniformly positive. The room was clean and the TV worked well and included Smart TV features. The air conditioning and heat were a little confusing. Also the lowest setting for the air conditioner is 19 celsius. With the heavy bedding, this wasn't cool enough. The room included a portable fan which we set up on the desk and pointed at the beds. That helped somewhat. The location is extremely convenient and we would likely stay here again. Be warned it is not a quiet area. It really is in the heart of the action."

"It was an amazing stay. The downside was that it was too warm in the room, despite the fan provided (a bit noisy and the light from it during the night was disturbing). Overall, a very good hotel and extremely nice staff."
