HOUSE RULES:
• Rental Agreement & Government Issued ID is required for Check-in
• Outdoor Quiet Hours strictly at 10 PM (Please be mindful of the neighbors)
• No Parties, Events or unlisted guests unless discussed with the host and agreed upon prior to stay.
•This is a non-smoking/vaping home. MINIMUM $300 fee will be accessed to cover the cost of professional cleaning
• Tampering with Wifi Access points or Doorbell cameras will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
• Respectful and well-trained are Pets accepted with Pet Agreement & $500 Security Deposit ONLY - $100 per pet per stay
• Inform host of any damage or anything not working properly immediately (we understand accidents happy, please help us in letting us take care of them as soon as possible)
Biohazard Fee: If urine, blood, vomit or other bodily fluids are found to be present there will be a minimum $175 biohazard fee. Any linens, towels, bedding, beds, carpet, flooring or other property that are damaged are 100% the responsibility of the guest to cover replacement costs within 7 days of stay.
CHECKOUT:
Our cleaning fee covers only our cost of laundry, garbage and deep clean/disinfecting by our awesome cleaners. Please help us keep this cost low. We appreciate your assistance with the following Simple Checkout instructions.
CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
• Leave used beds unmade and any additional extra used blankets/pillows on beds
• Put towels in tubs/Showers
• Load the Dishwasher
• Dispose of any full kitchen rubbish bags into bin located in the garage (a partially full bag is fine to leave, we'll use it during cleaning)
• Send a message or text letting host know when you have left the premises
• Safe travels!

• Close all windows and doors
