The staff was super helpful. We were able to check in earlier with their availability and it was totally worth the extra fee. It’s only 5 mins away from the city center which is great. Staff was super friendly and kind and were able to get as many towels as needed :). They also have a little title coffee machine at the front and you can get expresso before your excursions. :) recommend for sure if you’re into sustainability. The heat was wonderful!

Wonderful hotel. My third time staying in two years. Very convenient to shops, restaurants public transportation. Would recommend and am staying there agin in two weeks. So I guess that says something. Great attentive staff.

Location was very handy for all our Dublin experiences. Room was clean however it would be nice if electric controls were labeled as I accidentally flipped the switch for the fridge unit and it was off all night. Unfortunately there was a lift outage and was not able to be repaired for 2 days. I would think you should be able to get a part to repair even though it was a weekend. Otherwise staff was outstanding in offering help when needed.

It was a nice, relatively, quiet location, within walking distance of major attractions. Staff were very helpful and it was nice to have laundry facilities on site. My only complaint was lack of plug ins in our room- especially considering we had an ‘accessible’ room which would have been very difficult for a person in a wheelchair to access. Especially since they are all near the ground and not arm level if you’re sitting. Also there wasn’t any plug in the bathroom so difficult to do one’s hair with a dryer or straightener. Maybe because it was an accessible bathroom, but aesthetic-wise, it reminded me of a hospital bathroom. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay with many amenities nearby.

Room was very small! Way smaller than photos make it appear to be. Air conditioning was lacking and the beds were as hard as the floor!! Not a great way to start a trip with jet lag. Room was clean. Property was in a weird location and not super convenient to local attractions. Would not recommend.

Great quiet location. Room was a good size compared to alot of them at this price point. Front desk staff were all very lovely and helpful. Nice to have a little kitchen area to make breakfast and coffee. Would definitely recommend staying here. We stayed for four nights

We booked this room as there were limited options in Dublin City Centre with a fridge and microwave. That was about the only plus here. The room was big enough for one person, not two. There was barely any room to open the ironing board. The "sink" was the smallest sink we had ever seen. The location was great and the young lady who checked us in, and out, was extremely pleasant and helpful, unfortunately the other employees weren't as nice. One didn't even look up from her phone while we were stepping out to grab a bite and said hello to her. We saw her a couple times during our stay and she never smiled and seemed put out to say hi. overall just an ok stay aside from the one employee and location.
