The property was clean and spacious, and a Starbucks was less than a block away. It had a washer inside the unit, and the building had an elevator.

The location is perfect and allows for easy access to major city attractions. The size was perfect for our family of six. The place was clean, bright, and ready on time. The kitchen was nice but had a very small number of utensils or pans so cooking anything other than the very basics would not be possible. The dining chairs were sturdy but the seat cushions were in tatters, showing that they have been neglected for a very long time. (This would be an easy an inexpensive fix that would make a huge difference on first impressions.) There was no soap in the bathrooms so we had to purchase our own. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating to our early arrival by allowing us to leave our luggage in their office (different location) until the apartment was cleaned and ready for us. Overall it was a good experience.
