"Well located, nicely laid-out property that had plenty of space for the five of us. Comfortable bedrooms. Some signs of wear and tear eg stained carpets/cushions, wobbly shelves, but basically clean. Some annoying problems eg broken coffee pot, malfunctional upstairs shower but Krzysztof was responsive. Future guests should know there were no start-up kitchen provisions so bring your own salt and pepper, dishwasher tabs etc. "

"The place was not clean. Dirt and debris all over the floors. The bathrooms were clean but the downstairs one had no shower curtain and the upstairs one had mildew. We spent the first 45 minutes cleaning but we couldn't get the carpets clean because the vacuum cleaner barely worked. The Wi-Fi didn't work even after we rebooted the modem. When we told the host the network didn't show they replied "that's the only one there is best regards". Overall host communication and support was poor. ...

We were within walking distance to all of the major attractions with many wonderful restaurants and pubs nearby. Lou is an exceptional host, was very welcoming, and had excellent information to share about the area. It was a very special visit for our whole family! "

"Property is in an excellent location, close to many local attractions. However, the directions to the property were not clear as the postcode brought you to a completely different street. What3words location stamp could be an easy solve for this. The room itself wasn't great, needed a bit of a renovation. Paint stains on carpet in bedroom and walls in need of some improvement works. "The Donnybrook townhouse was perfect for my husband and I during our 9 day stay in Dublin. Walking distance to the Ranelagh LUAS station, lots of great places to eat, Donnybrook Fair grocery store, and bus stop that goes to DART station. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Beds are comfy and fresh. This townhouse is vintage. Don't expect everything to be shiny and new, but there's tons of character and every modern convenience- including a dryer that actually dries the clothes! We loved it. "We thought the overall experience of the house was good. Some of the conditions at the house was less than stellar. The rug in the great room was filthy. The couch in the great room was not in very good shape. Cushions were to a point that they had no support consequently it was very uncomfortable.One of the handles on the sliding doors upstairs was gone. "Our hotel stay was pleasant, but the hotel could use some updates and provide USB ports as there were none available in our room…bring UK adapters. Additionally, the parking is limited and can pose a challenge if arriving later in the evening. We stayed at the Clayton because it was close to our rental car drop-off location. The hotel restaurant was an excellent last meal before departing for our trip home. "

"FIRST, I want to give my praise to the staff; as a past FOM and Ops. Dir. For 20 yrs in a downtown Montreal Hotel as busy as this one, OH BOY, what an awesome team at the FD, bar/dinning and hskpg, so genuinely welcoming and hardworking. Chloe at the FD was a ray of sunshine along with her colleagues! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, 12 min walking in either direction for the landmarks and Temple Bar, (they are some amazing bars close by as well and restaurants that are a little cheaper) QUIET, well appointed rooms, great amenities, little extras that makes one feel special :D CLEAN, small room as we knew but everything was extremely well thought out, good size shower even for TALL people only downfall was the bed which could have been more comfy as both beds were curved. The BRFST was super yummy and started is for the day. My brother and I had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!! :D :D :D"
