"The room and hotel itself were very clean, which was lovely. The option to include a breakfast buffet in your stay was very welcome for my 15 year old son! We couldn’t change the temperature in our room ourselves, so found it to be either too cold or too hot— granted there was a heatwave during our stay. The bathroom door handle kept coming off and the mattresses were dippy and uncomfortable. The front desk staff were kind and lovely. The staff in the restaurant, while kind, weren’t great at checking in with you or quick to bring over the bill— if eating there for lunch or dinner. Breakfast options were good and they give you a wide window to have it. We were unable to utilize it 3 of our mornings, because we left before 7AM, so I question whether it was worth it in the end for us. Due to the cleanliness of the hotel and the kind staff, I would recommend."
