"Nice property close to St-Stephen’s park. Welcoming staff! It was quiet for most of my stay. Last day or two wasn’t as quiet as some other people were very noisy at night and closing door heavily at 2-3am. Only problem I had at first didn’t have hot water in my unit to take a shower it was fixed afterwards "

Had a couple of minor gripes that needed fixing, but to be fair, these were responded to extremely rapidly and efficiently by the off site management who are available by phone 24/7 and very accommodating. Access is not ideal for anyone with mobility or sight issues, certainly not wheelchair accessible - but then...

"We were very happy with our stay. Fantastic communication and host very helpful with questions. Apartment is bang in the action and could not be more central. Other reviews said hot water could be an issue but wasn’t and use the boiler button and turn the shower the right way and it’s fine! Be aware it’s noisy late at night but it is in the temple bar! And this was fine for us. Roof top terrace great in warm Weather also. Would return. Thanks"

"Outstanding overall! John was responsive prior to arriving. Check in was easy with a very nice welcome basket. Property was in very clean and in excellent condition. The pictures are representative of the layout, but the property has more space than it appears. Deck is large. Very comfortable for four adults. Location is good for walking or catching busses into all downtown and tourist areas. Local shopping for groceries and supplies is good. Restaurant in building is excellent."

"Deceptive location on Expedia. It is blocks away (about 10 minutes walk from Stephens Green) Downstairs bathroom skylights across most of ceiling. The garden level suite is visible to anyone who walks outside next to apartment. Not that clean or well maintained (many lights out and just generally not well maintained) Actually address unclear for taxis and all purposes "

The address of the property on hotels.com is incorrect and when we called him, instead of apologizing, he yelled at us for not looking at the piece of paper he handed us at the time of check-in, which by the way is more than a mile away from the property itself. "The end of a 10 day trip through Ireland spending the last 2.5 days in Dublin. Close to everything and had everything we needed. A little loud but we knew that going in and enjoyed the sounds of the city. Great communication and cleanliness. Recommend!"

"Fantastic apartment which suited our party of 8 visit to Dublin to celebrate a 60th birthday! Only small criticism would be that there weren’t enough utensils/glassware and plates/mugs for a party of 8, so we ended up having to use glasses as mugs for our morning cuppa !! "

"Great stay in Dublin. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Centrally located not far from Temple University. Had a great visit. Some noise at night, just use ear plugs. Two cute balconies and full kitchen/living room. Great hotel alternative when you are traveling with teenagers! Loved having the extra space to relax between site-seeing. So happy they had blow dryers! Easy to find and the owner gave very detailed instructions. Highly recommend."

"I liked the fact that I was able to leave my laguage in their office for half a day free of charge after the check out. The staff is extremely helpful. The property is cosy and well equipped. I didn't like the fact that the office is quite far from the property but to be honest it is still a walking distance (half an hour). "
