It was difficult to find the property on the first day since the reservation has the title of the property to be “Grafton Street Studio Apartments”, however the actual name of the property is “CityBreak Grafton House” which was confusing on arrival. "Fantastic apartment which suited our party of 8 visit to Dublin to celebrate a 60th birthday! Only small criticism would be that there weren’t enough utensils/glassware and plates/mugs for a party of 8, so we ended up having to use glasses as mugs for our morning cuppa !! "

"I liked the fact that I was able to leave my laguage in their office for half a day free of charge after the check out. The staff is extremely helpful. The property is cosy and well equipped. "Great stay in Dublin. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Centrally located not far from Temple University. Had a great visit. Some noise at night, just use ear plugs. Two cute balconies and full kitchen/living room. Great hotel alternative when you are traveling with teenagers! Loved having the extra space to relax between site-seeing. So happy they had blow dryers! Easy to find and the owner gave very detailed instructions. Highly recommend."

"We were very happy with our stay. Fantastic communication and host very helpful with questions. Apartment is bang in the action and could not be more central. Other reviews said hot water could be an issue but wasn’t and use the boiler button and turn the shower the right way and it’s fine! Be aware it’s noisy late at night but it is in the temple bar! And this was fine for us. Roof top terrace great in warm Weather also. Would return. Thanks"

Enjoyable stay at Sandymount Hotel
"We enjoyed immensely our stay at the Sandymount Hotel which is a wonderful family run hotel near the picturesque village of Ballinbridge which has an array of restaurants, artisan bakery, a couple of bars and a village green. Sandymount is situated within a quiet leafy suburb. The rooms are very clean with all the facilities you need. One caveat would be that the rooms are quite warm in temperature. Too warm. The staff are all polite, friendly and respectful at all times. Lovely bar & beautiful breakfast buffet available to guests & seating at the front & rear of the hotels. "
