I highly recommend Adria Apartments; if I had to describe them in one word, it would be "comfortable." This spacious apartment is fully equipped with appliances and amenities. The host's thoughtfulness shines through in many details—for instance, there are anti-slip strips on the marble staircase, umbrellas available outside the guest rooms, and a hammock in the relaxation area. A local supermarket chain is just a five-minute walk away, and a bus stop is nearby (you can ride for free if you have a CITY PASS).

It has exactly what you need for a decent hotel room for a good price. Clean, good working AC, a lot of towels, coffee machine, kitchen stuffs, microwave, friendly helpful owner woman.. Close to the bus station which is going to old town in 10 min. The neighbourhood is calm and good located. I'll definitely come back! Very good for this price!! We booked the cheapest room with no view.

Great stay. The hostess was welcoming and full of helpful knowledge. The apartment was spacious, clean and with great views. It was also ideally placed for catching the bus to the Old Town and for local restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything went perfectly! Kristina is the best host we could have. She helped us with everything we needed! She gave us several tips, she always responded promptly! The location is excellent, just a few meters from the bus stop, 400 meters from the beach! We love it!! thanks!!!

A nice, cozy, and clean apartment in a very walkable location, with easy access to both Lapad Beach and Gruž Harbour. The living room balcony offers an excellent view of the harbour, where we enjoyed meals prepared with fresh ingredients from nearby supermarkets. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were plenty of clean towels stocked in the drawers.

Great location, great hosts.

Adria Apartments is a family owned apartment in Lapda district, a great residential area, & is near the #6 bus stop that is a short ride to the old town. There is a mini market nearby & it is a short walk to the promenade that goes down to the beach. There are many restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, etc. along the leafy promenade & it was our favorite walk in Dubrovnik. On the other side of the bus stop is a small mall with shops. The owners were very helpful. The apartment was clean, updated, comfortable, and had a great view. We would gladly return.

Suosittelen!

Siisti, rauhallinen ja mukava majapaikka. Huomaavaisen ystävällinen palvelu. Lähellä on kivoja ravintololoita, kävelykatu rannalle ja bussiyhteys (nro 6) vanhaan kaupunkiin. Ei portaiden ja rinnesijainnin vuoksi sovi liikuntaesteisille.

Couldn’t’ve been better! Parking! Walk to old town

Kristina is just amazing. 5 stars. The places are spotless and the A/C blows cold on the hottest days. We really needed it. She had parking for us and we walked to and from the old town many times. We stayed in two different apartments she has and we’d come back, absolutely. No reason to even bother looking for anything else. Quite frankly, it was perfect. Oh, and there’s food just down the road like 2 minutes.

PARKING!!!! Walk to old town.

Perfectly flawless stay. Spotless places (we stayed two nights in two different units). Comfort was 100%. It was very hot and muggy and the A/C cranks! Kristina is fantastic and so sweet and kind. We will stay here again, absolutely!

A lovely apartment in a nice location, near transport, a supermarket, and close to the beach. If you happen to enjoy watching the common swift (a bird that is a symbol of the city), the balcony is at their cruising height. Amazing aerial performances right before you - at eye level. The hosting family is very nice.

Nice well furnished apartment in a quiet part of town. Lovely view of the harbour from the Lapad apartment. Owners of the apartment were very helpful. If you are relying on public transport (no. 6 bus) to get you to Old City regularly, it can be frustrating. Queues are very long at the stop, bus fills up and can wait up to 20 minutes. And this was not the peak period.

I liked my stay at Adria. It was quite nice, clean, tidy and well organized apartment. The host was quite nice, immediately after my call she came out of the property and welcomed me. I found her very enthusiastic person who wanted to share a lot of important information about Dubrovnik and things to do there. And, importantly how to save some pennies on doing things differently :)

La situation géographique - Superbe vue sur le port et les montagnes - Espace dans l'appartement - Calme - Balcon très agréable - Accueil des hotes malgré la barrière de la langue - Place de parking (précieuse). Je recommande absolument !

A wonderful option to staying in a hotel

It’s a nice, very clean, apartment with fridge, microwave, good A/C, on a quiet street only a block from the bus stop that takes you to the old city walls (15 min). The older couple that lives there speaks only Croatian or German, but their daughter speaks English and was very helpful giving us maps and telling where the nearest shops, stores, etc. There is a nice walkway to the beach next to the bus stop, with resturants and boat tour operators all the way down.
