Hedera Estate, Hedera A4
The modern and elegant décor combined with a prime location in the Old Town Dubrovnik are what best describe Hedera A4. Completely renovated and carefully designed by famous Croatian architect Drazen Vekaric, Hedera A4 will leave no doubt that guests have been placed gently into the lap of luxury.
The apartment is set in a quiet corner, however only steps away from shops, restaurants, main attractions, events and night life. The nearest beach is the popular Buza Beach, located only 50 meters from the property, the famous Banje beach is approximately a 10 minutes’ walk and Old City port, from where you can catch a boat to the nearby island of Lokrum is just few minutes walking distance from the apartment.
Hedera A4 offers a bright interior with lots of daylight coming through large apartment windows overlooking Old Town roofs. The apartment features one full bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, snug gallery space fitted with double bed (140 x 200 cm), an additional toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room.
Amenities include: a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, A/C (all rooms) SAT TV, WiFi, washing machine, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer.
The apartment is ideally positioned in the heart of Old Town, just steps away from the lively restaurants, cafes and main street Stradun. Shops, sights and transportation (both land and sea) are also close by. The apartment is ideal for travellers seeking a comfortable and elegant place to stay inside the city walls, close to main attractions and museums.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the property for you. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our luggage storage, located at Čubranovićeva 11a street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
