In ideal union with nature the property presents modern interior, swimming pool and spectacular views to the Adriatic and island of Kolocep.
With its 160 m2 of modern interior, the villa offers three bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and an extra toilet. The ground floor consists of entrance hall, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with satellite TV. One flight of stairs leads up from the hall to the first (top) floor with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. Two of the bedrooms open onto balconies which are an ideal place for enjoying a morning coffee or tea in private, before putting on your swimsuit and jumping into the pool. The third bedroom is twin but can be made as double for three couples staying at the villa.

Grocery shops in Orasac are within a few minute driving distance. Sun Gardens Dubrovnik complex is 5 minute drive from the villa.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
