Beautiful but not as equipped as expected

The management company (Hedera Estate) is great to deal with, and they are a large reason why we chose this place since we had just stayed in their other property A21 and loved it . However, this place was not as well-equipped as the other. The other place had a fully stocked kitchen, so we expected the same. However, this place did not even provide enough coffee for one pot, and only provided one dull knife, which made cooking very difficult. There was also salt yet no pepper. Also, Lapad Beach was a 23 minute walk, not 18 minutes as described. Minor things overall, but these inaccuracies were disappointing compared to their other location.
