Perfectly located close to Old Town. There are plenty of parking options around, plenty of availability in low season. Accommodation and staff were fantastic, rooms clean and immaculate. Would highly recommend this place for convenience, ambience and location.

This a beautiful hotel with a wonderful team and a great location. It's a small boutique hotel with six unique rooms with personality with all the amenities of a larger hotel. The room is comfortable and beautiful and the breakfast is copious and delicious.

Loved our stay in the attic suite. Ivana greeted us and made wonderful suggestions as well as dinner reservation. Tina gave us great historical and creative perspective. Beautiful place in convenient location Next time we would not bring a car- very expensive parking at the Hilton garage

This little gem was amazing. Centrally located, steps away from entrance to old town. Tina and rest of the staff at the Villa were amazing, so attentive to details and made us feel so welcomed. The room we stayed in was immaculate and spacious, modern finishes with an old luxury vibe. I would definitely recommend to all future travelers to Dubrovnik.

Heritage Villa Nobile is only in their 2nd year of hosting guests and was a great place to stay. Located just outside of the Old Town, it was perfect to reach all the main sights and restaurants! The staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. From providing beach towels to making any breakfast requests that you had. We loved that there was only 6 rooms, it felt more personal. The perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Dubrovnik and want a little bit if luxury too.

We had a fabulous stay here this week. The location is perfect being a stone's throw away from the old town, it feels like you are in it while at the same time getting a respite if you want. The rooms were comfortable, luxurious and the outdoor garden a great place to relax. The breakfast was fantastic and I just wish I had a bigger stomach to each as much of it as I wanted to! Beri was so helpful and accommodating and supported us in every aspect of our stay. Being Valentine's day they even added extra touches like complimentary chocolates and vases for flowers.

We loved our stay here. The service from Beri was excellent and she really looked after us. Very generous, tasty continental breakfast - served in the garden under orange trees. The hotel is five minutes walk from the old town gate and all the major attractions. Taxi rank also five minutes walk away. Spotlessly clean, newly renovated room. Mini bar and fridge in the room. This was the perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. We came for a weekend break in December and enjoyed seeing the sights when it was nice and quiet. The small Christmas market was also great. Highly recommended.

Excellent, from beginning to end. Ivana, Beri and Tina are wonderful hosts and will go above and beyond to make your stay in dubrovnik memorable. The hotel is excellently located near the old town, which was incredibly convenient from taking a break from the hustle n bustle, the heat or the rain. A beautiful boutique hotel, with a lot of fascinating history behind it. Breakfast is unreal, incredible continental breakfast. Wonderful balance. Excellent fresh oj and stunning coffee. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, and more importantly the people who make this hotel as wonderful as it is. Rooms are well kept and beautiful but it is the staff who really make the place special. We’ll be returning for this hotel for its staff excellent care and service never mind Dubrovniks beautiful old town. This is a must. If you are reading reviews, you’re half way there. Book now.
