Loved our deck overlooking the pool,great location as well! Lots of Restaurants,the ocean and promenade across the street! So glad we stayed there rather than the Old Town as too busy there,much quieter in Lapad!

We loved our stay. The location was perfect with easy bus access to Dubrovnik and time to enjoy the more relaxed atmosphere of Lapad, its beaches and restaurants. We had a room with a balcony allowing us to sit outside and enjoy views of the sea. The room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member was helpful and kind.

Great staff, even cleaning ladies with limited English. Good breakfast buffet and half block to public beach or sister hotel Vis private beach. 100 metres away from bus stop to old town and a small supermarket. Big market 500 meters away. Beautiful sea views.

I have good experience for the hotel. Such as location and environment its quite convenient to old city and beach. Just about 15 mins by bus go there. Also around the hotel have many different types of restaurants for choos.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with a rooftop swimming pool and great buffet breakfast. 15 minutes on the bus to Dubrovnik old town, 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Good value and friendly staff.

Overall for the price this is a good hotel in a convenient location for beaches and buses into the old town. We stayed in the main building. The room while rather dated was perfectly functional. The view left a little to be desired but did not matter as we were out exploring Dubrovnik. Breakfast was adequate - plenty of food both hot and cold - only improvement would be decaffeinated tea/coffee! The pool was lovely with lots of space though some more parosols would be great. The view from the pool was amazing. Overall a good stay for money.

A complementary bottle of water each apon arrival would have made a good impression.... Especially during the highest temperatures of the year ... We found the bed was very uncomfortable although the air con was a lifesaver, so that was a plus.... Food was all good and the staff were friendly

I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The location was excellent, with everything I needed close by. Getting into the city centre was incredibly easy, as there was a bus stop nearby and it was only about a 10-minute ride. It made exploring the city convenient without having to rely on a car. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities within walking distance, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the parking. While parking is available, you’re not guaranteed a spot, which can be a little inconvenient if you’re travelling by car. I had to spend some extra time looking for a place to park, but it wasn’t enough to take away from the overall experience.

Okay, I understand you are under going renovations at your property up the street but while we wait, small things like towels go a long way? Seriously, the towels were disgusting. Small, dingy, stringy, no bath mat provide. This is a simple fix. While our room needed updating, I was fine with it. A small suggestion, place some hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels so they dry and we don't have to ask for new ones if you are eco-senstive. Plus, you are across from the beach so people have bathing suits they want to dry. I really feel these are small asks to improve anyone's stay. Your front staff was great and quite helpful. Had one breakfast at buffet and it was very good, again attentive staff. Had a drink a bar and fine. I guess I would say overall, need improvements in common areas of annex but do not know the state of that building a whether renovations will happen there. Sure could use them.
