Villa Bruna is historic property with a swimming pool and is a rare find within walking distance to the Old Town. The date of built is not known exactly, but it is known that its life began before 1667, or date of great earthquake. It is protected by Croatian Organization for Heritage and Protection.
This stone built villa is surrounded and hidden by stone walls, high fences and electric gates featuring protection and privacy. And yet it is located in a centre of Dubrovnik within 10 minutes walking distance to old town. For this reason our villa offers not only quite holidays but a chance to discover the charm of Dubrovnik and to peek into its very rich history.
Our villa has no steps between road/parking and its ground floor which will give easy access if your mobility is limited.
It is located in a beautiful garden, decorated with passion, surrounded by olive and citrus trees, palms and colourful flowers and a large heated swimming pool with sun loungers and chairs. You could easily spend your entire stay on the grounds of this historical villa, but if you have a need to explore, the Old Town is just a 10 minute walk away.
On the ground floor of this 210m2 villa there are living room, kitchen, half bathroom (toilet only), and a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and fireplace. All rooms have air conditioning and direct access to the main terrace.
On the first floor there are 5 more double bedrooms, two of which have double beds that can be separated into 2 single beds. Note that one bedroom is very small but contains normal size double bed. There are 2 full bathrooms with shower, another half bathroom, and access to a first floor terrace with table and chairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes.
Villa offers a spacious outdoor area with a long furnished terrace which is divided into two areas: dining area with large outside table for 12, ideal for enjoying gourmet dinners prepared on the stone BBQ inside a summer kitchen, and sitting area which invites you for relaxing, reading or just to enjoy in your favourite drink.
When you want to escape from lazy hot summer days and nights, refreshment you will find in a 10 x 4.5 meter heated swimming pool, while the pool house with bar, refrigerator and ice maker means refreshments are always within easy reach. Note that there is another toilet in the pool house and outside shower is next to the pool.
